多数引起人类疾病的衣原体均携带质粒,大小约为7.5 kb。生殖道衣原体质粒含有非编码RNA与8个开放阅读框,编码8个质粒蛋白(pGP)。pGP能促进衣原体感染并调节染色体与质粒基因的表达。随着对生殖道衣原体与其质粒研究的不断深入,尤其是对衣原体质粒基因编辑技术的利用,人们对生殖道衣原体质粒的功能有了新的认识。本文对引起生殖道感染的衣原体菌株中质粒的主要功能及其潜在应用价值作一概述。 |

Most strains of chlamydiae carry a 7.5 kb plasmid containing the non-coding RNA and encoding eight open reading frames (ORF) conventionally called plasmid glycoproteins (pGP) 1-8, which can promote the chlamydial infection and regulate chromosome and plasmid gene expression. In recent years, with the development of research on the Chlamydia and especially the editing technology of Chlamydia plasmid, people have a new understanding of the function of Chlamydia plasmid. This paper briefly summarizes the main functions and potential application value of plasmid in Chlamydia strains that infect the reproductive tract. |
