| 目的探讨八段锦联合脑电生物反馈治疗学龄期注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的临床效果。方法选取112例ADHD患儿为研究对象,采用前瞻性研究的方法,把入选病例分为对照组(n＝56)与观察组(n＝56),在常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组采取脑电生物反馈治疗,观察组采取八段锦联合脑电生物反馈治疗。治疗2月后,采用Conners儿童行为问卷(父母版)评估患儿行为表现,采用视听整合持续操作测试系统(IVA-CPT)评估患儿注意力、控制能力。比较两组患儿治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患儿θ波频率低于治疗前(P＜0.05),β波及SMR波频率高于治疗前(P＜0.05)。两组患儿治疗后品行、学习、身心、多动指数、冲动及多动、焦虑等Conners评分均低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组患儿治疗后注意力商数、视觉注意、听觉注意、控制力商数、视觉控制力、听觉控制力等IVA-CPT评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组患儿治疗效果优于对照组(P＜0.05)、总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组患儿恶心呕吐、食欲不振、头痛、失眠等不良反应发生率之间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论八段锦联合脑电生物反馈疗法有利于改善ADHD患儿脑电波频率及行为表现,提高其注意力及控制能力,疗效确切、安全性高。 |

| To investigate the clinical effect of Baduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of school-age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). MethodsOne hundred and twelve cases of children with ADHD were selected as the research object and they were divided into control group (n＝56) and observation group (n＝56) by prospective study. On the basis of conventional drug treatment, the control group was treated with EEG biofeedback, and the observation group was treated with Baduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback. After 2 months of treatment, Conners children's behavior questionnaire (parent version) was used to evaluate children's behavior performance, and integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT) was used to evaluate children's attention and control ability. ResultsAfter treatment, theta wave frequency of the two groups was lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05), β wave and SMR wave frequency was higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, the Conners scores of conduct, learning, body and mind, hyperactivity index, impulsive hyperactivity and anxiety of the two groups were lower than before treatment (P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the IVA-CPT scores of attention quotient, visual attention, auditory attention, control quotient, visual control and auditory control of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, headache, insomnia and other adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionBaduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback therapy is beneficial to improve the EEG frequency and behavior performance, attention and control ability of children with ADHD, with definite curative effect and high safety. |
