      目的探讨不同浓度的过氧化氢对W1118品系果蝇寿命、生育能力、运动能力及抗氧化能力的影响。方法将果蝇放到含不同浓度过氧化氢的培养基中饲养,测定各浓度组果蝇寿命、生育能力、运动能力及抗氧化能力,数据分析采用方差分析和LSD-t检验进行多重比较。结果随着过氧化氢浓度的增加,果蝇蛹化率和羽化率降低、运动能力减弱、羽化后48 h死亡率升高;当过氧化氢浓度为1 200 mmol/L时效果最为明显(P<0.05),此条件下果蝇运动能力、半数死亡时间、寿命、蛹化率和羽化率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而羽化后48 h死亡率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),体内谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论过氧化氢对果蝇具有多重毒性,过氧化氢可能破坏果蝇的抗氧化系统抑制果蝇的运动能力、生育能力以及预期寿命。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the effects of different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide on longevity, fertility, mobility and antioxidative capability of W1118 Drosophila melanogaster. MethodsDrosophila melanogaster W1118 were treated with different concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Then the life span, fertility, mobility and antioxidative capability were measured. Data analysis was performed using analysis of variance followed by LSD-t test for multiple comparisons. ResultsThe pupation rate, eclosion rate, mobility and survival rate after 48 hours of eclosion of experimental group were decreased compared with control group. Notably, when treated with the 1 200 mmol/L hydrogen peroxide group, the mobility, lethal time of 50%, life span, pupation rate of Drosophila were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and after 48 hours of eclosion, the survival rate, concentration of glutathione (GSH) and activities of catalase (CAT) of experimental group were also decreased compared to control group (P<0.05). ConclusionHydrogen peroxide has multiple toxicities to Drosophila. It can damage the mobility, fertility and life expectancy of Drosophila by impairing the antioxidative system of Drosophila.
