      目的探讨埋头加压空心螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法本院收治的MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折25例,其中男16例,女9例,均采用埋头加压空心螺钉内固定治疗,术后采用Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能评分进行评价,观察术后并发症。结果25例患者均获得随访,随访时间9~20月,平均(13.4±3.8)月,骨折愈合平均时间(11.3±2.1)周,随访期间内未出现桡骨头缺血性坏死、内固定失效、肘外翻畸形、异位骨化、肘关节僵硬等并发症。术后6月采用Broberg-Morrey评价肘关节功能,其中优14,良8,可3,优良率88.0%。结论采用埋头加压空心螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折,固定可靠,术后并发症少,肘关节稳定性及功能恢复良好,是目前治疗Mason Ⅱ型桡骨头骨折较为理想的方法。

      To investigate the clinical efficacy of cannulated compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of Mason type Ⅱ radial head fracture. Methods25 cases of Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures were treated in our hospital, including 16 males and 9 females. They were all treated with cannulated compression screw internal fixation. Broberg-Morrey elbow function score was used to evaluate elbow function and postoperative complications were observed. Results25 cases were followed, the mean follow-up period was (13.4±3.8) months (rang 9-20 months), average healing time was (11.3±2.1) weeks. During the follow-up period, there were no complications such as avascular necrosis of radial head, failure of internal fixation, cubitus valgus deformity, heterotopic ossification and cubital joint stiffness. According to the Broberg-Morrey elbow scoring system after 6 months,they were excellent in 14 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 3 case, with none poor case,and the excellent and good rate was 88.0%. ConclusionCannulated compression screw internal fixation in treating Mason type Ⅱ radial head fracture has credible fixation, less complication and better recovery of elbow joint function and stability. It is an ideal method currently in the treatment of Mason type Ⅱ radial head fracture.
