      目的探讨3D打印个性化截骨导板辅助外侧入路全膝关节置换术治疗外翻膝的临床疗效。 方法回顾性分析行单侧全膝关节置换术的12例膝关节外翻畸形患者,比较传统膝关节置换术(TKA)(传统手术组,6膝)和3D打印个性截骨导板辅助TKA术(3D打印组,6膝),在手术时间、术中出血量、胫骨股骨机械轴夹(MFTA)和术前、术后6月随访时KSS临床及功能评分的差异。结果3D打印组的手术时间、术中出血量、MFTA的角度均小于传统手术组(P<0.05);3D打印组与传统手术组在术后引流量上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与传统手术组比较,3D打印组在术后6月随访的KSS临床和功能评分更高(P<0.05)。 结论与传统TKA术相比,3D打印个性化截骨导板辅助外侧入路TKA术治疗外翻膝的临床疗效更佳。

      To investigate the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) assisted by 3D printed personalized osteotomy plate in the treatment of valgus knee. MethodsTwelve patients with knee valgus deformity who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty in the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Traditional TKA (traditional group, 6 knees) and 3D-printed personalized osteotomy guide plate assisted TKA (3D-printing group, 6 knees) were compared in terms of operative time, intraoperative blood loss, mechanical tibial and femoral clamping (MFTA), and KSS at preoperative and 6-month follow-up.ResultsThe operation time, intraoperative blood loss and MFTA angle of the 3D printing group were all lower than those of the traditional operation group (P<0.05). However, there was no statistical significance in postoperative drainage volume between the 3D printing group and the traditional group (P>0.05). Compared with the traditional surgery group, the 3D printing group had higher KSS clinical and functional scores at 6 months follow-up (P<0.05). ConclusionCompared with traditional TKA, 3D-printed personalized osteotomy guide plate assisted lateral approach TKA has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of valgus knee.
