| 骨关节炎是一种常见的慢性退行性疾病,以关节软骨破坏和不同程度的滑膜炎症为主要特征,临床表现为关节疼痛、活动受限甚至畸形。骨关节炎的病因及发病机制尚不清楚,目前仍无有效阻断病程进展的方法。阶梯化治疗理念的提出和推广,使得对骨关节炎的治疗更加科学、合理。临床问题是科研创新的源泉和动力,基础研究的助力丰富了骨关节炎的治疗手段以及加深了对该疾病的认识。同时,外科手术也是目前阶梯化治疗的重要一环。本文就骨关节炎的流行病学、新治疗手段以及传统的外科治疗方案等进行系统阐述,希望为骨关节炎的治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Osteoarthritis is a common chronic degenerative disease characterized by destruction of articular cartilage and varying degrees of synovitis, with clinical manifestations of joint pain, restricted motion and even deformity. The etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis are still unclear, and there is still no effective method to stop the progression of the disease. The proposal and promotion of the concept of ladder therapy has made the treatment of osteoarthritis more scientific and reasonable. Clinical problems are the source and motivation for scientific innovation, and basic research has helped enrich the treatment of osteoarthritis as well as deepen the understanding of the disease. At the same time, surgery is an important part of the ladder therapy. This paper systematically expounds the epidemiology, new treatment methods and traditional surgical treatment of osteoarthritis, hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoarthritis. |
