| 肩锁关节(AJ)脱位是一种非常常见的损伤,常由肩关节的创伤引起。肩锁关节不仅参与肩胛骨的活动,而且在肩胛骨与躯干的连接中起着重要的作用。肩锁关节脱位常伴有疼痛不适和肩关节功能障碍。一般来说,当肩锁关节脱位为Rookwood Ⅲ型及以上时,手术治疗是必要的。目前各种外科治疗手段层出不穷,且各种手术方式的相对优势仍存在争议,尚未达到共识。切开复位锁骨钩板内固定术是目前比较流行的简单有效的治疗方法,但由于个体差异,锁骨钩板与肩锁关节存在匹配不良的问题,相关研究已报道了许多并发症,如肩峰下骨质溶解、肩峰撞击、肩袖撕裂和内植物周围骨折等。本文将从肩锁关节的解剖、肩峰形态、锁骨钩板设计原理及术后并发症分析防治等几个方面对锁骨钩板的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Acromioclavicular dislocation is a very common injury, often caused by shoulder trauma. Acromioclavicular joint not only participates in the movement of the scapula, but also plays an important role in the connection between the scapula and the trunk. Acromioclavicular dislocation is often associated with pain and discomfort and shoulder dysfunction. In general, surgical treatment is necessary when acromioclavicular dislocation is Rookwood Ⅲ and above. At present, various surgical treatment methods emerge in an endless stream, and the relative advantages of various surgical methods are still controversial, and no consensus has been reached. Open reduction and internal fixation of clavicular hook plate is a relatively popular simple and effective treatment method at present, but due to individual differences, there is a problem of poor matching between clavicular hook plate and acromioclavicular joint, and many complications have been reported in related studies, such as subacromial bone dissolution, acromial impingement, rotator cuff tear and intraspinal fracture. In this paper, the research progress of the clavicular hook plate is reviewed from the aspects of the anatomy of acromioclavicular joint, the shape of acromion, the design principle of clavicular hook plate and postoperative complications. |
