| 目的观察盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合曲安奈德对急性化脓性中耳炎患者血清炎症因子和听力阈值的影响。方法选取本院2017年6月—2020年1月收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者96例,根据随机数字表法均分为两组。两组患者均给予头孢呋辛酯片治疗,对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,联合组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合曲安奈德注射液治疗。记录两组治疗前后听力阈值及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平变化,比较两组症状体征消失时间,统计两组总有效率、致病菌清除率和不良反应率。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率、致病菌清除率均高于对照组,且退热时间、耳痛缓解时间、鼓膜充血消退时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前相比较,两组患者TGF-β1、TGF-β2、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8水平下降；治疗后,联合组上述指标水平低于对照组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前相比较,两组患者听力阈值下降,治疗后,联合组听力阈值低于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组的不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义。结论盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合曲安奈德治疗急性化脓性中耳炎可减轻炎症反应,改善听力阈值,促进症状的消失,提高疗效。 |

| To observe the effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops combined with triamcinolone acetonide on serum inflammatory factors and hearing threshold in patients with acute suppurative otitis media. Methods96 patients with acute suppurative otitis media admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 48 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with cefuroxime ester tablets, control group with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops, observation group with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection. The hearing threshold and changes of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), TGF-β2, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-8(IL-8) levels were recorded before and after treatment. The total effective rate, pathogenic bacteria clearance rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were counted. ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate and the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the time of antipyretic, ear pain relief and tympanic membrane congestion regression were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The TGF-β1, TGF-β2, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-8 level of the two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment. After treatment, the above index level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Compared with the two groups before treatment, the hearing threshold decreased, and after treatment, the hearing threshold in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Adverse reaction rate of the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). ConclusionLevofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops combined with triamcinolone acetonide treating acute suppurative otitis media can alleviate the inflammatory response, improve the hearing threshold, promote the disappearance of symptoms, and improve the efficacy. |
