      目的探讨雷奈酸锶联合特立帕肽治疗老年原发性骨质疏松的效果及对患者骨代谢的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月本院收治老年原发性骨质疏松患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组各50例。对照组患者使用特立帕肽治疗,联合组患者使用雷奈酸锶联合特立帕肽治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP5b)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、血清钙(S-Ca)、血清磷(S-P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(S-BGP)、总I型胶原氨基端延长肽(TPINP)及骨密度(BMD)水平变化;观察治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者IL-1、TRACP5b、BALP、S-Ca、S-P、ALP、S-BGP、TPINP及腰椎BMD、股骨颈BMD水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-1、BALP、S-Ca、S-P、ALP、S-BGP、腰椎BMD、股骨颈BMD水平均较治疗前升高,TRACP5b、TPINP水平均较治疗前降低;联合组各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷奈酸锶联合特立帕肽用药可有效改善老年原发性骨质疏松患者骨代谢相关指标,增加骨密度,促进骨吸收,治疗效果显著。

      To investigate the effect of strontium ranelate combined with tereptide in the treatment of senile primary osteoporosis and its effect on bone metabolism in patients. Methods100 elderly patients with primary osteoporosis in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with terepatide, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with strontium ranelate combined with terepatide.Serum IL-1, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b (TRACP5b), bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP), serum calcium (S-Ca), serum phosphorus (S-P), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (S-BGP), total collagen type I amino terminal prolonging peptide (TPINP), bone mineral density (BMD) were measured before and after treatment in both groups. The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. ResultsBefore treatment, there were no statistically differences in IL-1, TRACP5b, BALP, S-Ca, S-P, ALP, S-BGP, TPINP, lumbar BMD and femoral neck BMD between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1, BALP, S-Ca, S-P, ALP, S-BGP, lumbar BMD and femoral neck BMD in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment, while the levels of TRACP5b and TPINP were lower than those before treatment;All indexes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionStrontium ranelate combined with tripeptide can effectively improve bone metabolism related indicators in elderly patients with primary osteoporosis, increase bone mineral density, promote bone resorption, and have a significant therapeutic effect.
