      目的检测不同糖耐量人群体内血清kisspeptin水平,分析探讨kisspeptin与胰岛β细胞功能状态及糖脂代谢相关因子的相关性。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月于本院门诊就诊者120人为研究对象,根据葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)结果分为新诊断2型糖尿病患者51例(T2DM组)、糖耐量异常者30例(IGT组)和正常糖耐量者39例(NGT组),进行糖脂代谢指标测定,ELISA法检测血清kisspeptin水平。 结果NGT组、IGR组和T2DM组血清kisspeptin水平依次升高(P<0.05),与WHR、SBP、FBG、HOMA-IR、HbA1c和2hPG呈正相关(P<0.05);与体质量指数(BMI)、HOMA-β和TG呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,FBG和BMI是血清kisspeptin水平的影响因素,kisspeptin水平的高低与糖脂代谢紊乱程度有预测作用。结论不同糖耐量人群之间血清Kisspeptin水平存在明显差异,Kisspeptin水平与FBG和BMI相关,监测kisspeptin水平变化可能可以作为评判糖耐量异常的指标。

      To detect the serum levels of kisspeptin in people with different glucose tolerance, and analyze the correlation between kisspeptin and glycolipid metabolism related factors. MethodsThis study was conducted in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from January to December, 2018. Eventually, a total of 120 individuals were enrolled in the study. Based on the results of OGTT-test, they were divided into 3 groups:normal glucose tolerance(NGT), impaired glucose tolerance(IGT), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). All subjects were tested for glucose and lipid metabolism. kisspeptin was detected by ELISA method. ResultsSerum levels of kisspeptin in NGT group, IGR group and T2DM group increased gradually(P<0.05), which was positively related to WHR, SBP, FBG, HOMA-IR, HbA1c and 2hPG(P<0.05);they were negatively correlated with BMI, HOMA-β and TG(P<0.05). The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that FBG and BMI were the influencing factors of serum kisspeptin levels. ConclusionThere are significant differences in serum levels of kisspeptin among people with different glucose tolerance, and serum levels of kisspeptin are related to FBG, and BMI. Monitoring changes of Kp may be used as a new indicator to detect abnormal blood glucose.
