| 评价CO2点阵激光联合卤米松三氯生乳膏治疗局部慢性湿疹的疗效。将65例局部慢性湿疹的患者,按不同的治疗方法分为点阵CO2激光联合卤米松三氯生乳膏治疗组(试验组)32例和卤米松三氯生乳膏治疗组(对照组)33例。比较两组患者治疗前后湿疹面积及严重指数、视觉模拟评分法、皮肤病生活质量调查表、治愈率及有效率、复发率。治疗8周后试验组患者三项评分下降明显(P＜0.05),试验组治愈率、有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。证实点阵CO2激光联合卤米松三氯生乳膏治疗局限性慢性湿疹安全、有效。 |

| To evaluate the efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with halometasone triclosan cream in the treatment of local chronic eczema. The 65 patients with local chronic eczema were divided into fractional CO2 laser combined with halometasone triclosan cream treatment group (test group, 32 cases) and halometasone triclosan cream treatment group (control group, 33 cases) according to treatment methods. Compare the eczema area and severity index, visual analog scale, skin disease quality of life questionnaire, cure rate and effective rate, and recurrence rate between the two groups before and after treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment, the three scores of patients in the test group decreased significantly (P＜0.05), and the cure rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). It is proved that the fractional CO2 laser combined with halmethasone triclosan cream is safe and effective in the treatment of localized chronic eczema. |
