| 探讨内镜下隧道式黏膜剥离术(ESTD)与内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗胃食管早癌的疗效及复发影响因素的logistics分析。将201例胃食管早癌患者分别施行ESTD(ESTD组,n=102)或EMR(EMR组,n=99)。结果显示,与EMR组相比,ESTD组切除大小、出血率、穿孔率均增高,而局部复发率降低；癌组织浸润深度、并发症、首次标本切缘、分化程度与复发率有显著相关。浸润深度的增加,切缘阳性及分化水平的降低均值得临床关注。 |

| To explore the curative effect of endoscopic tunnel mucosal stripping (ESTD) and endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in the treatment of early gastric and esophageal cancer and logistics analysis of the influencing factors of recurrence. 201 patients were treated with ESTD (ESTD group, n=102 ) or EMR (EMR group, n=99),respectively. The results showed, compared to the EMR group, the resection size, bleeding rate and perforation rate in the ESTD group were higher, while the local recurrence rate was lower. There is a significant correlation between the different depth of invasion, the first specimen margin and the degree of differentiation and the recurrence of early gastric and esophageal cancer. The increase of the depth of invasion, the decrease of the positive margin and the level of differentiation deserve clinical attention. |
