| 研究术前栓塞联合显微镜下锁孔术对脑膜瘤患者恢复效果、生存期及GOS评分的影响。将100例脑膜瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,观察组行术前血管栓塞。结果显示,观察组(完全缓解18例,部分缓解16例)临床效果优于对照组(完全缓解12例,部分缓解12例)。观察组术中出血量、手术切除效果、无进展生存期与总生存期均优于对照组。两组手术时间、出院时GOS评分差异无显著性。结果提示,术前栓塞联合显微镜下锁孔术对提高临床疗效,降低肿瘤复发率,延长患者的生存时间等具有一定价值,该手术方法可以在临床上推广使用。 |

| To study the effect of preoperative embolization combined with microscopical keyhole surgery on the recovery, survival and GOS score of meningiomas. 100 patients with meningioma were divided into observation group and control group, 50 in each group. The preoperative embolization was used in observation group. The results showed that the clinical effect of the observation group (18 cases of complete remission, 16 cases of partial remission) was better than that of the control group (12 cases of complete remission, 12 cases of partial remission). The amount of bleeding during operation, the effect of resection, progression free survival and total survival in the observation group were better than those in the control group. There was no difference in operation time and GOS score between the two groups. The study suggested that preoperative embolization combined with microscopical keyhole operation is of certain value in improving the clinical effect, reducing the recurrence rate of tumor and prolonging the survival time of patients. Therefore, this operation method can be widely used in clinical practice. |
