| 探讨血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平与缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血管性痴呆(VD)相关性。根据109例AIS患者是否发生VD分为血管性痴呆组(n＝50)和非血管性痴呆组(n＝59)。结果显示,与非血管性痴呆组相比,血管性痴呆组血清Lp-PLA2、MMP-9水平显著升高,且随血管性痴呆严重程度的增加而上升,结果说明,血管性痴呆严重程度与血清Lp-PLA2、MMP-9水平呈正相关,Lp-PLA2、MMP-9有望成为AIS致血管性痴呆的预测指标。 |

| To investigate the correlation between serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) expression levels and vascular dementia (VD) in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS), 109 AIS patients were divided into vascular dementia group (n＝50) and non-vascular dementia group (n＝59) according to the presence or absence of the VD. The results showed that the serum levels of Lp-PLA2 and MMP-9 in vascular dementia group were significantly higher than those in non-vascular dementia group, and the levels of the two indicators were increased with the aggravation of the disease. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation between serum Lp-PLA2 and MMP-9 levels in the vascular dementia, which are expected to be used as predictors of AIS induced vascular dementia. |
