| Hand scaphoid fracture is a common trauma. Due to the destruction of the fragile blood supply after the fracture of the scaphoid,the biomechanical changes of the wrist joint and the lack of diagnosis and treatment,the occurrence of nonunion and proximal avascular necrosis is very common, which further leads to the degenerative wrist arthritis and wrist joint dysfunction.This article gives a brief overview of the diagnosis and treatment status of wrist scaphoid fracture. |
