| 观察N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合糖皮质激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)患者的治疗效果及其抗氧化机制。将AECOPD患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予糖皮质激素和抗感染、止咳化痰、解痉平喘等治疗；观察组在对照组的治疗方案基础上加用N-乙酰半胱氨酸。结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗有效率显著增高,肺功能显著提高,氧化应激水平显著降低。两组患者炎症因子指标无差异。结果表明,N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合糖皮质激素治疗AECOPD效果显著的机制可能与减轻患者氧化应激水平有关。 |

| To observe the curative effect of N-acetylcysteine combined with glucocorticoid on patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and its antioxidant mechanism. Patients with AECOPD were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid and anti-inflammatory therapy, while the observation group was added with N-acetylcysteine on the basis of therapeutic schedule of the control group. The results showed, compared to the control group, the effective rate and pulmonary function of the observation group was significantly higher, and the level of oxidative stress was significantly lower. There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups. Results indicated that the curative effect of N-acetylcysteine combined with glucocorticoid therapy is related to reducing oxidative stress in AECOPD patients. |
