| 评价经皮内镜下腰椎间盘切除术(PELD)治疗脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。选取我院治疗脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者76名,分为PELD组以及对照组,每组38例。分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、起立-行走计时测试(TUG)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、腰椎曲度指数及MacNab评分对患者术后1周、3个月、6个月腰椎功能及术后并发症进行评价。结果发现,和对照组相比,PELD组术后各时间点VAS、TUG得分及ODI指数更低,腰椎曲度指数升高,术后并发症显著减少。结果说明,PELD技术治疗脱垂游离型腰椎间盘突出症具有降低患者腰腿疼痛,促进功能恢复,改善预后的优点。 |

| To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) in the treatment of prolapse free lumbar disc herniation. 76 patients with prolapse free lumbar disc herniation were divided into PELD group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Visual analogue scale (VAS) score, time up and go test (TUG), Oswestry dability index (ODI), lumbar curvature index and MacNab score were used to evaluate the lumbar function at 1 week, 3 months and 6 months after operation. Results showed, compared with the control group, the scores of VAS, TUG and ODI in PELD group were lower, the lumbar curvature index was higher, and the postoperative complications were significantly reduced. The study indicated that PELD technology in the treatment of prolapse free lumbar disc herniation has the advantages of reducing the pain in the waist and legs, promoting functional recovery and improving the prognosis. |
