| 研究腰髂固定系统在治疗创伤性脊柱骨盆分离(TSD)患者中的疗效,选取61例TSD患者的病例为研究对象,其中腰髂固定组30例,骶髂固定组31例,结果显示,与骶髂固定组相比,腰髂固定组手术、拆线、住院时间长,术中出血量多,术后12个月,腰髂固定组疼痛得分高(P均<0.05)；两组治疗效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由此表明,骶髂固定系统为微创,但手术难度大,失误率高,将影响患者术后神经功能恢复；腰髂固定系统可提供良好生物力学,但其手术操作复杂,耗时长,术后切口感染率高。 |

| To study the efficacy of the lumbosacral fixation system in the treatment of patients with traumatic spinal-pelvic separation (TSD), 61 cases of TSD were selected as the research object, with 30 cases in lumbar iliac fixation group, 31 cases of them in sacroiliac fixation group. The results showed, compared to sacroiliac fixation group, the lumbosacral fixation group have longer time in the operation, incision suture removal and hospitalization, and a larger intraoperative bleeding volume, a higher score of pain (P even <0.05). The curative efficacy had no difference between two groups (P>0.05) after the postoperative 12 months. It indicates that sacroiliac fixation system has the advantage of minimally invasive, but the operation procedure is difficult with high failure rate, while the application of lumbosacral fixation system for TSD patients can promote the recovery of early weight-bearing, pelvic function and nerve function, however, the operation is complex and time-consuming with high incision infection rate. |
