| 观察安列克(卡前列素氨丁三醇)联合10%葡萄酸钙治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的治疗效果。宫缩乏力性产后出血患者124例者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组给予子宫按摩和缩宫素等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加安列克联合10%葡萄酸钙治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、产后出血量及血钙浓度。结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著升高,产后2 h、24 h出血量显著减少,分娩后24 h血钙浓度显著升高。结果说明,在常规治疗的基础上加用安列克和10%葡萄酸钙能够显著提高宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗效果,值得临床应用。 |

| To investigate the effect of alec combined with 10% calcium gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. 124 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n＝62). The control group was given routine treatment including uterine massage, oxytocin and so on, while the observation group was treated with alec combined with 10% calcium gluconate on the basis of routine treatment. The results showed, compared to the control group, the observation group has a significantly higher total effective rate, a less amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h, and a higher concentration of blood calcium at 24 h postpartum. The results suggested clinical efficacy may be significantly improved in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony added with alec and combined with 10% calcium gluconate on the basis of routine treatment, which is worthy of clinical application. |
