探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血内皮微粒(EMPs)、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)的变化与冠脉病变程度的关系。选取本院经冠脉造影检测确诊的AMI患者90例为AMI组,另选取90例健康体检者作为对照组,检测并比较两组的血中EMPs、sICAM-1、Cys-C水平,按照冠脉病变支数、PCI术后TIMI分级进行亚组分析;采用线性相关分析法分析血浆EMPs、血清sICAM-1、Cys-C水平与Gensini评分的关系。结果表明,与对照组比较,AMI组患者的EMPs、sICAM-1、Cys-C水平显著升高,并与冠脉病变支数呈显著相关;AMI组患者的Gensini评分与EMPs、sICAM-1、Cys-C水平均呈显著的正相关关系。结果说明,AMI患者EMPs、sICAM-1、Cys-C水平显著的升高,并且与冠脉病变程度相关。 |

To investigate the relationship between the changes of circulating blood endothelial microparticles (EMPs), serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), cystatin C (Cys-C) and the degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 90 patients with AMI diagnosed by coronary angiography in our hospital were selected (AMI group), and another 90 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of plasma EMPs and serum sICAM-1,Cys-C of the two groups were detected and compared. The levels of sICAM-1 and Cys-C were analyzed according to the number of coronary artery lesions and TIMI classification after PCI. The linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between plasma EMPs, serum sICAM-1, Cys-C levels and Gensini score. Results showed, compared to control group, the levels of EMPs, sICAM-1 and Cys-C in AMI group were significantly higher, which were significantly related to the number of coronary artery lesions. There was a significant positive correlation between the Gensini scores of patients with AMI group and the levels of EMPs, sICAM-1, Cys-C. In conclusion, the levels of EMPs, sICAM-1 and Cys-C were significantly elevated in patients with AMI, and were closely related to coronary artery lesion. |
