      为了解帕立骨化醇辅助西那卡塞对维持性血液透析(MHD)继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)患者成纤维细胞生长因子-23(FGF-23)、血管钙化的影响。将本院血液净化中心行MHD治疗的96例SHPT患者,按照治疗方法,分为对照组(采用西那卡塞治疗)和联合组(在对照组基础上加用帕立骨化醇治疗)。比较两组患者的FGF-23、钙磷代谢、甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)及血管钙化情况。结果显示,与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者FGF-23、血磷、钙磷积、iPTH、CACS评分、心脏瓣膜钙化率均显著降低,iPTH达标率显著升高;与对照组比较,联合组患者上述指标显著降低,但血钙水平和iPTH达标率显著升高。结果说明,帕立骨化醇辅助西那卡塞对进行MHD治疗的SHPT患者效果较好,能有效改善机体钙磷代谢,抑制血管钙化,值得临床推广应用。

      To explore the effect of paracetamol supplemented with silicartan on fibroblasts growth factor 23 (FGF-23) and vascular calcification in patients with secondary hyperparathyrothyroidism (SHPT) in maintenance hemodialysate (MHD). 96 SHPT patients treated with MHD in blood purification center of our hospital were divided into the control group (treated with cnacalcet) and the joint group (treated with cnacalcet and pricalcito) according to their treatment. The levels of FGF-23, parathyroid hormone (iPTH), calcium and phosphorus metabolism, vascular calcification were compared between the two groups. Results showed, compared to treatment before, the levels of FGF-23, serum phosphate, calcium-phosphorus product, iPTH, CACS score, cardiac valve calcification rate in the two groups were significantly decreased, but the the iPTH compliance rate was increased, which were significantly changed in the same manner, but the level of serum calcium in the joint group was higher. Results indicated that Paracetamol combined with Sinacartan is effective in the treatment of SHPT patients with MHD. It can effectively improve the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and inhibit vascular calcification, which is worthy for clinical promotion.
