为探讨通心络治疗低氧低压性肺动脉高压大鼠的效果及其作用机制。选取健康成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为模型组、对照组及通心络组,模型组和通心络组采用低压低氧环境喂养、对照组采用常规环境喂养,通心络组每天给予通心络灌胃,连续干预4周;对比各组大鼠的肺血管重塑指标(WT%、WA%)、肺血流动力学指标(mPAP、RVSP)及NO、ET-1、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。实验结果显示,通心络降低NO、ET-1水平,对低氧低压性肺动脉高压大鼠具有显著的治疗效果,可以改善氧化应激功能。 |

To explore the effect and mechanism of Tongxinluo in the treatment of hypoxic and hypobaric pulmonary hypertension in rats. Healthy adult SD male rats were randomly divided into model group, control group and Tongxinluo group. The model group and Tongxinluo group were fed with low-pressure hypoxic environment, the control group was fed with regular environment, and the Tongxinlu group was given daily. The rats were intragastrically administrated for 4 weeks. The WT%, WA%, mPAP, RVSP, NO, ET-1, SOD and MDA of each group were compared. The experimental results show that Tongxinluo reduces the levels of NO and ET-1, and has significant therapeutic effects on hypoxic and hypotensive pulmonary hypertension rats, which can improve oxidative stress. |
