      分析连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)联合血液灌流(HP)治疗蜂蛰伤致多器官功能障碍综合征患者疗效。将120例蜂蛰伤致多器官功能障碍综合征患者按不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=60)患者接受间歇性血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,观察组(n=60)患者接受CVVH联合血液灌流治疗。治疗后观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),少尿时间和住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心肌酶谱指标[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸脱氢酶(LDH)]、肝功能指标[总胆红素(TBIL)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)]及肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(Cr)]水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,观察组患者的上述指标降低更显著(P<0.05)。实验表明CVVH联合血液灌流对蜂蛰伤致多器官功能障碍综合征患者心肌酶和肝肾功能异常均有显著的改善作用。

      To investigate the effects of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) combined with hemoperfusion (HP) on myocardial enzymes and liver and kidney function in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) caused by bee sting. 120 patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) caused by beestings were randomly divided into two groupsbased on random number method. The control group (n=60) received intermittent hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. The observation group (n=60) rec-eived CVVH combined with hemoperfusion. The results showed that The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the time of oliguria and hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of myocardial enzymes (CK, CK-MB and LDH), liver function (TBIL, AST and ALT) and renal function (BUN and Cr) were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the above indexes in the observation group decreased more significantly (P<0.05). So CVVH combined with hemoperfusion can significantly improve myocardial enzymes and liver and kidney dysfunction in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by bee sting.
