| 骨关节炎是最常见的关节炎形式,主要是由关节负担过重,导致关节软骨磨损而引发。研究表明,脂代谢异常、肥胖会促进骨关节炎的发生发展,脂肪因子可影响机体炎症状态,也会影响骨关节炎的进程。本文从肥胖和脂肪因子等方面,综述骨关节炎发病的相关研究进展。 |

| Osteoarthritis is mainly caused by the wear and tear of joint cartilage which is caused by overloading the joints. However, there is increasing evidence that osteoarthritis is closely related to lipid metabolism. Obesity caused by abnormal lipid metabolism can promote the process of osteoarthritis, and adipokines can affect the inflammatory state of the body and also affect osteoarthritis. This article reviews the research progress of obesity and adipokines in osteoarthritis. |
