      分析宫腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)对子宫内膜异位症患者基质金属蛋白酶(metalloproteinases,MMPs)及小窝蛋白(Caveolin-1)表达的影响。 采用回顾性方法将130例子宫内膜异位症患者均分为对照组(n=65)和观察组(n=65)。对照组患者接受宫腹腔镜治疗,观察组患者接受宫腹腔镜联合GnRH-a治疗。分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后血清中TGFβ-MMPs及Caveolin-1蛋白表达的变化。结果显示观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后雌激素促卵泡激素(Follicle stimulating horman,FSH)、促黄体生成素(Luteotropic hormone,LH)和雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),MMP2、MMP9、Caveolin-1水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者的上述指标降低比对照组患者更显著。因此,宫腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂能有效治疗子宫内膜异位症并降低雌激素水平,且其作用可能与抑制MMPs及Caveolin-1蛋白表达有关。

      To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) on the expression of MMPs and Caveolin-1 in patients with endometriosis. 130 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=65) and observation group (n=65). The control group received hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. The patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with GnRH-a. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. The changes of serum TGF beta-MMPs and Caveolin-1 protein expression were analyzed before and after treatment.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of estrogen E2, FSH and LH were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05), while the levels ofMMP-2, MMP-9, Caveolin-1 protein were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. So hysteroscopy combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist can effectively treat endometriosis and reduce estrogen level, and its effect may be related to the inhibition of MMPs and Caveolin-1 protein expression.
