例颅脑手术患者分别采用瑞芬太尼(对照组,n=83)和瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚(观察组,n=88)进行麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉前后认知功能评分和炎症反应因子NSE等水平的变化。结果显示对照组和观察组患者麻醉后记忆力评分、定向力评分、注意力和计算力评分、语言能力评分和回忆能力评分均明显降低(P<0.05),麻醉后血清中NSE、S-100β、IL1β、IL2及IL6水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且对照组患者的变化程度更明显(P<0.05)。实验结果证明瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉后颅脑手术患者认知功能评分明显降低而炎症因子水平明显升高,但变化幅度低于单独采用瑞芬太尼组患者。 |

patients underwent craniocerebral surgery anesthesia remifentanil (control group, n=83) and remifentanil combined with propofol (observation group, n=88) respectively . The changes of cognitive function score before and after anesthesia were analyzed. The levels of NSE, S-100beta, IL-1beta, IL-2 and IL-6 in serum were measured by ELISA. The results showed that after anesthesia, the scores of memory, orientation, attention and calculation, language ability and recall ability of the patients in the control group and the observation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The levels of NSE, S-100beta, IL-1beta, IL-2 and IL-6 in serum increased significantly after anesthesia (P<0.05). The degree of change in the control group was more obvious (P<0.05). After remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia, the cognitive function score of patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery decreased significantly, while the level of inflammatory factors increased significantly. But the range of change was lower than that of remifentanil alone group. |
