| 为探讨子宫肌瘤组织中硫酸基转移酶2A1(SULT2A1)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)蛋白的表达及意义。选取2017年1月至2018年9月保存的子宫肌瘤标本110例(子宫肌瘤组),同时选取正常子宫肌层组织70例(正常子宫肌层组),采用免疫组化染色法检测SULT2A1、Bcl-2蛋白表达。结果显示,子宫肌瘤组SULT2A1阳性表达率明显低于正常子宫肌层组(P＜0.05),Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率为89.09%,明显高于正常子宫肌层组(P＜0.05)；子宫肌瘤组分泌期Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于增生期(P＜0.05)；SULT2A1和Bcl-2蛋白表达无相关性(rs=-0.008,P＞0.05)。结果提示,SULT2A1和Bcl-2表达与子宫肌瘤发生发展有关。 |

| To investigate the expression and significance of SULT2A1 and Bcl-2 proteins in uterine leiomyoma. 110 uterine leiomyoma specimens (uterine leiomyoma group) and 70 normal uterine myometrium specimens (normal myometrium group) were collected from January 2017 to May 2018. The expression of SULT2A1 and Bcl-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results show, compared to the normal uterine myometrium group, positive expression rate of SULT2A1 in uterine leiomyoma group was significantly lower, while the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 proteinh was significantly higher; The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in secretory phase of uterine leiomyoma was significantly higher than that in proliferative phase; There was no correlation between the expression of SULT2A1 and Bcl-2 in uterine leiomyoma (rs=-0.008, P>0.05). The result seggusting expression of SULT2A1 and Bcl-2 are related to development of uterine leiomyoma. |
