| 通过观察Tiam1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中表达情况,探究姜黄素对鼻咽癌5-8F细胞增殖及侵袭的影响。通过免疫组化法检测发现鼻咽癌组织中Tiam1表达高于鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织；CCK-8实验、划痕实验及Transwell实验结果说明,姜黄素可体外抑制5-8F细胞的增殖及迁移能力； Western blot检测不同浓度处理5-8F细胞后Tiam1蛋白表达情况。本研究证实Tiam1在鼻咽癌组织中高表达；姜黄素可能通过抑制Tiam1蛋白表达,降低5-8F细胞增殖与侵袭能力。 |

| To observe the expression of Tiam1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma; To investigate the effect of curcumin on the proliferation and invasion of 5-8F cell. The expression of Tiam1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was found to be higher than that in chronic inflammatory tissues of nasopharyngeal mucosa by immunohistochemistry. CCK-8 test, Scratch test and Transwell test results show that curcumin can inhibit proliferation and invasion of 5-8F cells in vitro. Western blot was used to detect the expression of Tiam1 protein after 5-8F cells were treated with different concentrations. This research comfired that Tiam1 is highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues. Curcumin may reduce the proliferation and invasion of 5-8F cells by inhibiting the expression of Tiam1 protein. |
