| 探讨复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入联合百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的效果。将130例AECOPD患者分别给予复方异丙托溴铵治疗(对照组)和复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入联合百令胶囊治疗(观察组)。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组的总有效率显著增高,肺功能指标、血气指标均显著升高,血清TNF-α、IL-1β均显著降低,IL-1Ra显著升高,血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著升高,而CD8+显著降低,不良反应发生率显著降低。结果说明,复方异丙托溴铵联合百令胶囊治疗AECOPD效果显著,可明显提高患者肺功能和免疫功能。 |

| To investigate the effect of atomization inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide combined with Bailing capsule on patients with AECOPD. 130 patients with AECOPD were treated with compound ipratropium bromide (control group) and compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation combined with bailing capsule (observation group). The results showed, compared to control group, the observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate, and significantly increased in the indexes of pulmonary function and blood gas, significantly lower in the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β, and a higher IL-1Ra, with significantly higher levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the serum and significantly lower CD8+, and significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions. The study suggests that the efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation combined with Bering capsule in the treatment of AECOPD was remarkable, and the lung function and immune function of the patients were significantly improved. |
