探讨麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。以本院2016年6月至2018年1月本院诊治的表现为产后缩宫乏力的剖宫产产妇为研究对象。150例产妇依据胎儿分娩后用药情况分为3组:麦角新碱组(n=50)、卡贝缩宫素组(n=50)和麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素组(n=50)。分析三组研究对象用药前后血压和心率变化及出血量,并分析产妇用药前后炎症因子水平变化。结果显示麦角新碱组、卡贝缩宫素组和麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素组产妇用药前及用药30 min后、用药60 min后血压及心率无明显变化(P>0.05);麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素组产妇的2 h出血量及24 h出血量均明显低于麦角新碱组和卡贝缩宫素组(P<0.05);三组产妇用药后炎症因子IL-2及IL-10水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且与麦角新碱组和卡贝缩宫素组相比,麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素组产妇的上述因子降低更明显(P<0.05)。因此,麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素能有效预防剖宫产产后出血而不明显影响产妇血压和心率,且能显著降低产妇体内炎症因子水平。 |

To analyze the effect of ergometrine combined with capeciotocin on preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.The puerperal cesarean section with postpartum uterine inertia was selected as the research object. 150 patients were divided into three groups according to the situation of medication after delivery of fetus:ergometrine group (n=50), carbetoxetine group (n=50) and ergometrine combined with carbetoxetine group (n=50). The present research tried to analyze the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and the amount of bleeding before and after treatment. The changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were analyzed. The results showed that there were no significant changes in blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment between the three groups (P>0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors IL-2 and IL-10 were significantly lower in ergometrine combined with carbetoxetine group than the other two groups.So Ergometrine combined with capeciotocin can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section without significantly affecting blood pressure and heart rate. At the same time, it can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients. |
