| 探究支气管镜联合肺泡灌洗液在反复喘息患儿中诊断价值。选取2015年7月至2017年7月期间本院收录的反复喘息患儿343例,对于1岁以下反复喘息的婴幼儿采用检测CMV-DNA和MP-DNA在患者体内的水平；1岁以上儿童则采用检测MP-DNA的方式确定儿童患病原因。标本检出致病菌158株,阳性率(70.5%),其中革兰阴性菌111株(占阳性标本的70.3%),革兰阳性菌41株,真菌6株。单独检测患儿CMV-DNA的阳性率为61.8%,单独肺泡灌洗液支原体检测的阳性率为56.8%,实验组组间的比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；支气管镜联合肺泡灌洗液检测支原体及CMV-DNA的阳性率为77.1%,与单独检测组有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。支气管镜联合肺泡灌洗液的方法能显著提高儿童反复喘息的诊断精确率,为精确治疗提供依据。 |

| To explore the diagnostic value of bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage in children with recurrent wheezing. From July 2015 to July 2017,3 children with recurrent wheezing were selected from our hospital. For infants under 1 year old with recurrent wheezing, cmv-dna and mp-dna levels were detected in the patients. Mp-dna was used to determine the cause of disease in children over 1 year old. 158 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, with a positive rate (70.5%), including 111 strains of gram-negative bacteria (70.3% of the positive samples), 41 strains of gram-positive bacteria and 6 strains of fungi. The positive rate of cmv-dna was 61.8% and that of mycoplasma in alveolar lavage solution was 56.8%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The positive rate of mycoplasma and cmv-dna detected by bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage solution was 77.1%, which was significantly different from that of the separate test group (P<0.05). Bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of repeated wheezing in children and provide a basis for accurate treatment. |
