| 为了探究早期液体复苏联合乌司他丁治疗儿童脓毒血症的临床疗效及作用研究。本研究对60例儿童脓毒血症患者随机分为两组,分别接受乌司他丁(对照组)治疗与早期液体复苏联合乌司他丁(观察组)治疗。与对照组相比,观察组的总有效率显著增高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者中心静脉压(CVP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉血氧饱和度(SCVO2)、每小时尿量(UV)变化情况显著增加,心率(HP)、APACHEII评分、血清PCT、TNF-α和IL-6含量显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)早期液体复苏联合乌司他丁对儿童脓毒血症患者的临床体征有明显改善,且治疗效果更好。 |

| To explore the clinical efficacy and effect of early fluid resuscitation combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of sepsis in children. In this study, 60 children with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with ulinastatin (control group) and early fluid resuscitation combined with ulinastatin (observation group). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the changes of central venous pressure (CVP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), central venous oxygen saturation (SCVO2), hourly urine volume (UV) and heart rate (HP), APACHEII score, serum PCT, TNF-a and IL-6 levels in the observation group were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Ulinastatin in the Soviet Union has significantly improved the clinical signs of children with sepsis and has a better therapeutic effect. |
