| 探讨COPD患者外周血沉默信息调节因子相关酶1(SIRT1)及核因子κB(NF-κB)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达水平及作用。比较患者SIRT1、NF-κB、MMP-9等水平情况。结果显示患者血清SIRT1水平随病情加重而降低,患者血清NF-κB、MMP-9水平随病情加重而增高。COPD稳定期组和急性加重组患者SIRT1 mRNA和蛋白相对表达量明显低于对照组；NF-κB、MMP-9 mRNA和蛋白相对表达量明显高于对照组。实验证明COPD患者SIRT1表达水平降低与肺功能下降相关,可作为COPD潜在标志物；SIRT1可能通过对NF-κB、MMP-9的调节作用来调控COPD的发生与发展。 |

| To investigate the expression of SIRT1, NF-κB and MMP-9 in peripheral blood of patients with COPD. The levels of SIRT1, NF-κB and MMP-9 in serum were detected. The results showed that the levels of serum SIRT1 decreased as the condition worsened. The levels of serum NF-κB and MMP-9 increased as the condition worsened. The relative expression of SIRT1 gene and protein in COPD stable group and acute exacerbation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and that in COPD acute exacerbation group was significantly lower than that in stable group (P<0.05); the relative expression of NF-κB, MMP-9 gene and protein in COPD stable group and acute exacerbation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and that in COPD acute group was significantly higher than that in control group. So the decrease of SIRT1 expression in COPD patients is related to the decrease of pulmonary function, which can be used as a potential marker of COPD. SIRT1 may regulate the occurrence and development of COPD by regulating the effects of NF-κB and MMP-9. |
