| 探讨firbscan和肝活检在慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化程度中的诊断效果及价值。选取慢性乙肝患者150例按随机数字表分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。所有患者均经过肝活检确诊,对照组行单纯肝活检检查,观察组肝活检确诊后给予瞬时弹性成像(firbscan)诊断。结果表明两组肝脏纤维化S0、S1、S2、S3及S4检出率与漏诊率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组诊断肝脏纤维化灵敏度、特异度、AUC及95.0%CI参数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。表明采用瞬时弹性成像则能获得与穿刺活检相仿的诊断效果,且该方法创伤较小,能为临床诊疗提供影像学依据。 |

| To investigate the diagnostic value and value of firbscan and liver biopsy in the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group (n=75) and observation group (n=75). All patients were diagnosed by liver biopsy. The control group underwent a simple liver biopsy. The liver biopsy of the observation group was diagnosed by transient elastography (firbscan). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the detection rate of S0, S1, S2, S3 and S4 between the two groups (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, AUC and 95.0% CI of liver fibrosis were diagnosed in the two groups. There was no significant difference in parameters (P>0.05). It shows that the use of transient elastography can obtain a diagnostic effect similar to that of a needle biopsy, and the method is less invasive and can provide imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
