探讨羟苯磺酸钙对肾功能评估的影响。把31例肾功能不全患者按照慢性肾脏病(CKD)分类标准分为:CDK1-2, CKD3-4 和CKD5三组,并给予7天羟苯磺酸钙治疗,检测治疗前后不同肾功能水平肌酐(Cr)、血清胱抑素(CysC)、尿素(Urea)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)变化。结果显示,羟苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法测定Cr有干扰作用。在CKD3-5期患者中,羟苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法测定Cr及eGFRCKD-EPI2012Cr-CysC、eGFRCKD-EPI2009Scr公式评估肾功能有明显干扰,而对CysC、Urea及eGFRCKD-EPI2012cys无影响,故临床上对于服用羟苯磺酸钙者使用CKD-EPI2012cys公式评估肾功能更为准确。 |

To investigate the effect of calcium dobesilate on the assessment of renal function. A total of 31 patients were divided into CDK1-2 group, CKD3-4 group and CKD5 group according to the renal function level. All groups were treated with calcium dobesilate for 7 days, creatinine (Cr), serum cystatin (CysC),blood urea nitrogen(Urea) and glomerular filtration rate were compared at time points of before and post-treatment. Results show that after taking calcium dobesilate, there was a significant changes of Cr by the method of sarcosine oxidase assay. In nonclusion, in patients with CKD 3-5 stage, calcium dobesilate has significant interference in the detection of Cr, eGFRCKD-EPI2012Cr-CysC and eGFRCKD-EPI2009Scr, but has no effect on CysC, Urea and eGFRCKD-EPI2012CysC. Therefore, it is more accurate to use the CKD-EPI2012cys formula for patients taking calcium dobesilate to evaluate renal function. |
