中文摘要:
      长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在真核生物中履行许多调节功能,其功能失调与人类肿瘤等多种疾病相关。研究表明,多种LncRNA对miRNA具有海绵吸附作用,从而参与肿瘤发生发展过程。其微小核糖核酸(miRNA)海绵能作为miRNA有效抑制剂,是miRNA缺失功能研究重要工具。本文对LncRNA中miRNA海绵活性与人类肿瘤相关作一综述。
英文摘要:
      Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) performs many regulatory functions in eukaryotes, and it's dysfunction is associated with many diseases such as human tumors. Studies have shown that a variety of LncRNA have a sponge adsorption effect on miRNA, and thus participate in the process of tumor development. It's tiny ribonucleic acid (miRNA) sponge that can be used as an effective inhibitor of miRNA and is an important tool for miRNA deletion function research. This essay reviews the relationship between miRNA sponge activity in LncRNA and human tumors.
