| 分析2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血浆纤维蛋白原、D二聚体及脂蛋白a水平的临床价值,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。 以2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者200例(糖尿病冠心病组)为研究对象,分析患者血浆纤维蛋白原、D二聚体及脂蛋白a水平变化。以单纯冠心病患者(单纯冠心病组,n=240)和健康体检者(对照组,n=260)为对照。结果显示:与对照组和单纯冠心病组患者相比,2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血浆纤维蛋白原、D二聚体、脂蛋白a、白细胞介素2、降钙素原及hs-CRP水平均明显升高(P<0.05)；上述指标与2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血管病变支数及Gensini评分均有明显的正相关性(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血浆纤维蛋白原、D二聚体及脂蛋白a水平明显升高,且与血管病变支数及Gensini评分呈明显的正相关性。 |

| The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical value of plasma fibrinogen, D dimer and lipoprotein a in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease. 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease (diabetic coronary heart disease group) were studied. The changes of plasma fibrinogen, D dimer and lipoprotein a levels were analyzed. Simple coronary heart disease patients and health subjects at the same period were taken as control. The results showed that the levels of plasma fibrinogen, D dimer, lipoprotein a, interleukin-2, procalcitonin and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in control group and patients with coronary heart disease alone. The difference was significant (P＜0.05). The above indexes were positively correlated with the number of vessel lesion branches and Gensini score in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease (P＜0.05). So the plasma levels of fibrinogen, D dimer and lipoprotein a in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease were significantly increased, and were positively correlated with the number of vessel lesions and Gensini score. |
