| 探讨复合皮移植术联合磺胺嘧啶银对大面积烧伤后瘢痕患者的疗效及对其相关血清指标及功能区瘢痕情况的影响分析。选取80例大面积烧伤瘢痕整形患者,根据皮肤移植方式的不同,分为研究组及对照组两组(各40例),比较2组患者的临床疗效等差异。治疗后两组患者血清血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ 及CD46水平较治疗前均下降,且研究组下降较对照组更显著(P＜0.05)；植皮一月后研究组功能部位皮肤色泽、厚度、血管分布及柔软度各项VSS评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。复合皮移植术联合磺胺嘧啶银可显著加快大面积烧伤患者创面的愈合速度,同时减轻其炎性反应及改善功能部位瘢痕状况,值得临床大力推广。 |

| To investigate the effect of composite skin grafting combined with silver sulfadiazine on patients with extensive postburn scar and its related serum markers and scar status in functional areas. Eighty patients with large area postburn scar were divided into two groups (40 cases in each group) according to different skin grafting methods. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. After one month of skin grafting, the VSS scores of skin color, thickness, vascular distribution and softness in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compound skin grafting combined with silver sulfadiazine can significantly accelerate the healing rate of large area burn wounds, reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the condition of functional site scars, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
