| 探究心肝宝胶囊联合他克莫司及吗替麦考酚酯治疗狼疮肾炎(LN)的效果。将本院收治的78例LN患者进行分组观察,对照组给予甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗给予他克莫司及吗替麦考酚酯联合心肝宝胶囊治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性指数(SLEDAI评分)、24h尿蛋白(24h-Upro)含量、白蛋白(Alb)、补体C3、血肌酐(SCr)尿素氮(BUN)、血清胱抑素C水平及不良反应情况。治疗后,观察组改善优于对照组。心肝宝胶囊联合他克莫司及吗替麦考酚酯治疗LN效果显著,患者症状改善,恢复好,药物不良反应少,安全可靠,可于临床推广及应用。 |

| To explore the effect of Xin Gan Bao capsule combined with tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of lupus nephritis (LN). 78 cases of LN patients treated in our hospital were divided into groups, and the control group was treated with methylprednisolone. The observation group was treated with tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil combined with heart and liver capsule in the control group, and the activity index (SLEDAI score) of systemic lupus erythematosus (24h-Up), 24h urine protein (24h-Upro) before and after treatment. 24h-Upro content and albumin (Alb), complement C3, serum creatinine (SCr) and urea nitrogen (BUN), serum cystatin C level and adverse reaction were compared. After treatment, the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) the effect of the combination of Xin Gan Bao capsule combined with tacrolimus and mycophenol ester for the treatment of LN was significant. The symptoms of the patients were improved, the recovery was good, the drug adverse reaction was less, and it was safe and reliable, which could be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
