| 慢性便秘(CC)的发病率逐年上升,严重影响人们的生活质量,如何提高其疗效是消化科医师亟待解决的问题之一。 本文选取936例确诊为慢性便秘的患者,填写调查问卷表,全面分析其临床特征并据此制定个体化综合治疗方案,随访评价疗效。 结果显示,慢性便秘患者存在不良的生活方式及排便习惯,且有不同程度生存质量下降；经过个体化治疗后慢性便秘患者临床症状较前明显好转(P<0.05)、生存质量较前提高(P<0.05)、依赖泻剂人数较前减少(P<0.05),有效的治疗效果证实了个体化治疗慢性便秘方法的可行性。 |

| The incidence of chronic constipation is increasing year by year, which seriously affects people's quality of life. How to improve the efficacy of chronic constipation is one of the urgent problems for digestive physicians. In this study, 936 patients with chronic constipation were selected to fill out questionnaires, and their clinical characteristics were analyzed comprehensively. Accordingly, individualized comprehensive treatment program was formulated to follow up clinical evaluation. The results showed that patients with chronic constipation had poor lifestyle and defecation habits, and their quality of life decreased to varying degrees; the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic constipation improved significantly after individualized treatment (P<0.05), and the quality of life improved (P<0.05),the number of cathartic dependence decreased (P<0.05).It is proved that the individualized treatment of chronic constipation is effective and worthy of clinical promotion. |
