| 为了观察不同剂量右美托咪定经鼻雾化给药对老年剖腹探查术后活跃型谵妄患者的影响,在静脉泵注右美托咪定(0.4 μg/kg/h)的基础上,分别加经鼻雾化给予负荷剂量右美托咪定0.5 μg/kg, 0.75 μg/kg,1.0 μg/kg静脉泵用药持续24 h。结果提示0.75 μg/kg右美托咪定用于老年患者活跃型谵妄控制的效果好,对血流动力学影响小,呼吸影响小,镇静深度合适。 |

| To observe the effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine nasal atomization on patients with active delirium after exploratory laparotomy, on the basis of intravenous pumping dexmetomidine (0.4 μg/kg/h), the load dose of dexmetomidine was changed to 0.5g /kg, 0.75g /kg, 1.0g /kg with nasal atomization, and the intravenous pump was administered for 24 h. The results suggested the dose 0.75μg/kg of dexmedetomidine is effective for the control of active sputum in elderly patients, with little effect on hemodynamics, small respiratory effects, and appropriate sedation depth. |
