| 分析超声引导下经皮甲状腺内注射甲基强的松龙治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果。选取本院2016年6月至2018年9月期间诊治的亚急性甲状腺炎患者为研究对象。将80例患者回顾性分为经皮甲状腺内注射甲基强的松龙治疗组(观察组,n=40)和口服强的松组(对照组,n=40),观察两组临床效果。结果显示观察组总有效率较对照组明显升高(95.0% vs 90.0%,P<0.05),疼痛消失时间及肿胀消退时间明显缩短(P<0.05)；而甲状腺素水平恢复时间、血沉恢复时间无明显差异(P>0.05),停药3个月及停药6个月后复发率明显降低(P<0.05)；对照组和观察组患者治疗后血清中FT3、FT4及CRP水平明显降低而TSH水平明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗后8周比治疗后4周变化更明显(P<0.05)。因此,超声引导下经皮甲状腺内注射甲基强的松龙能有效治疗亚急性甲状腺炎。 |

| The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous intrathyroid injection of methylprednisolone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. The patients with subacute thyroiditis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study. 9 cases were diagnosed as subacute thyroiditis. 80 patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group (observation group, n=40) and the oral prednisone group (control group, n=40). The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased (95% vs 75%, P<0.05). The pain disappearance time and swelling subsidence time of the observation group were significantly shortened (P<0.05) with no statistic difference in recovery time of thyroid hormone level, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). The relapse rate of the observation group was significantly reduced after 3 months' withdrawal and 6 months' withdrawal (P<0.05). The serum levels of FT3, FT4 and CRP in the control group and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Eight weeks after treatment had more significant changes than four weeks after treatment (P<0.05). So Ultrasound guided percutaneous intramuscular injection of methylprednisolone can effectively treat subacute thyroiditis. |
