| 选取本院收治的大面积重度烧伤患者,根据患者预后情况分为生存组和死亡组。两组患者在1、2、3和5天时,CyclinB1和CyclinC的检测结果均有差异；PCNA在两组中的检测结果在2天、3天、5天和7天时的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；三个指标的检测峰值在生存组均明显高于死亡组。以上结果表明大面积重度烧伤患者中CyclinB1、CyclinC和PCNA表达特征可有效预测患者的预后情况,可作为预后的重要预测指标。 |

| The patients with large and severe burns admitted to a hospital were selected and divided into survival group and death group according to the prognosis of patients. The levels of CyclinB1 and CyclinC in 1,2, 3, and 5 day in the two groups were statistically significant difference. The level of PCNA in the two groups in 2,3, 5 and 7 day was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The peak values of the three indexes were significantly higher in survival group than in death group. The above results showed that the expression characteristics of CyclinB1, CyclinC and PCNA in patients with large and severe burns can effectively predict the prognosis of patients, and can be used as an important prognostic indicator. |
