| 探讨二甲双胍联合诺和锐(门冬胰岛素)治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。将GDM患者84例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各42例,对照组注射诺和锐,观察组诺和锐联合盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗。比较治疗两周后两组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后1h血糖(1hPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c),记录妊娠并发症及妊娠结局。观察组效果优于对照组,且羊水过多、早产和新生儿不良结局发生率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。二甲双胍联合诺和锐治疗GDM安全有效,可显著改善妊娠结局,降低孕产妇及围生儿并发症。 |

| To investigate the effect and pregnancy outcomes of metformin hydrochloride combine with NovoRapid (insulin aspart) on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). 84 cases of GDM were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group for 42 cases each. The control group were injected NoveRapid and the observation group were treated with NoveRapid combined with metformin combination therapy.Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 1h plasma glucose (1hPG), 2h plasma glucose(2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) were compared and pregnancy complications and outcomes were ecorded during treatment. The levels of FPG1,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P>0.05), furthermore the incidence of polyhydramnios, premature birth and neonatal adverse events in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Metformin and NovoRapid in combination for GDM have a protein effect, which controls blood sugar effectively,in the meantime significantly improves the outcome of pregnancy, and maternal complications. |
