| 本研究通过检测100例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者和50例正常体检人员的网膜素和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,发现ACS患者的肌酐、Hcy、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、网膜素-1指标均显著高于常人；BMI、hs-CRP、Hcy及网膜素-1是导致ACS的相关因素；网膜素-1浓度的降低与hs-CRP、Hcy浓度的升高都是造成ACS的独立因素。结果说明,网膜素-1与Hcy可能是介导ACS发生的独立因素,将这两种物质作为不稳定的斑块进行评估和预测指标有重要价值。 |

| In this study, the retinal and HCY levels of 100 ACS patients and 50 normal physical examination staff were tested, and the analysis found that levels of creatinine, Hcy, cTnI, CK-MB, hs-CRP and retinin-1 in patients with ACS were significantly higher than those in normal controls. The levels of BMI, hs-CRP, Hcy and omentum-1 were the related factors leading to ACS. The decrease of ovalbumin-1 and the increase of hs-CRP and Hcy concentrations were independent factors of ACS. The results suggesting ovalbumin-1 and Hcy may be independent factors that mediate the occurrence of ACS. Retinal-1 and Hcy may have an important value for early screening, the assessment and prediction of unstable plaques. |
