      分析血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP-1)与卵巢癌临床分期及淋巴转移的相关性。以本院2006年1月至2009年4月期间诊治的卵巢癌患者为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法分析140例不同临床分期卵巢癌患者(卵巢癌组,n=140)血清中VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1水平的变化。以本院同期健康体检者为对照(对照组,n=90)。结果显示:与对照组比较,卵巢癌组患者血清中VEGF等因子水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且随着临床分期的增加,上述因子水平明显升高(P<0.05);与未发生淋巴转移组患者相比,发生淋巴转移组患者的上述因子水平均明显升高(P<0.05);且上述因子与患者临床分期呈明显的正相关(相关系数分别为0.446、0.309、0.354、0.411和0.432)。因此,VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1与卵巢癌患者临床分期及淋巴转移密切相关。

      The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) of ovarian cancer. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) in 140 patients with ovarian cancer of different clinical stages (ovarian cancer group, n=140) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The control group (n=90) was used as the control group in the same period. Compared with the control group, the serum levels of VEGF and other factors in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher (P<0.05). The level of these factors increased significantly with the increase of clinical stage (P<0.05). The levels of these factors in patients with lymphatic metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05). The above factors were positively correlated with the clinical stage (correlation coefficients were 0.446,0.309,0.354,0.411 and 0.432, respectively).So Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) are closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer, which can be used as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
