| 通过观察鼻炎康片联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂对变应性鼻炎鼻腔功能和血清相关因子表达的影响,分析鼻炎康片联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的可行性,结果发现在治疗后,与常规治疗组(丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂鼻喷剂治疗)相比,联合治疗组(鼻炎康片联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂治疗)血清IL-4、IL-6、IgE、NR、MTT、MCR明显低于常规治疗组,血清IL-10、Th1/Th2、总有效率(95.52%)明显高于常规治疗组,说明鼻炎康片联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂不仅能够改善鼻腔功能,而且能够降低血清炎症因子表达水平,抑制炎症反应、调节免疫功能,对变应性鼻炎预后具有改善作用。 |

| To observe the effect of Biyan Kang tablets combined withFluticasone propionate nasal spray on the expression of nasal function and serum related factors in allergic rhinitis, and analyze the feasibility of rhinitis combined withFluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The results were found after treatment,Compared with the conventional treatment group (fluticasone propionate nasal spray),The combined treatment group (Biyankang tablets combined with Fluticasone propionate nasal spray) serumIL-4, IL-6, IgE, NR, MTT, MCR was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group, serum IL-10,Th1/Th2, the total effective rate (95.52%) was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group, indicating Biyankang tablets combined with Fluticasone propionate nasal spray can not only improve the nasal function, but also can lower the serum inflammatory factors the expression, inhibit inflammation, regulating immune function, can improve the prognosis of allergic rhinitis. |
