| 为研究慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)与N-末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的相关性。选取110例CHF患者(观察组)和健康者50例(对照组),检测其血浆中NGAL与NT-proBNP浓度,并分析其表达差异和CHF严重程度的相关性。结果显示,NT-proBNP与NGAL之间呈正相关,两者血浆水平与左心室射血分数(LVEF)负相关(P<0.05),提示血清NGAL和NT-proBNP一样均可作为诊断CHF标志物。 |

| To study the correlation between plasma neutropil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL)and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). 110 cases of CHF patients were selected as observation group, and 50 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group at the same time. The plasma concentration of NGAL and NT-proBNP was measured, and the relations between their expression and the degree of CHF was analyzed. Results show that there are positive relation between plasma NT-proBNP and NGAL levels, but they were negatively correlated with LVEF, suggesting NGAL is also a mark as NT-proBNP in the diagnoses of CHF. |
