| 为研究急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者与血清补体C3、C4及C5b-9相关性,纳入确诊为STEMI且均接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的患者75例为STEMI组,及同期体检的经冠脉CT等影像学检查排除冠心病的志愿者80例为对照组。测定两组外周血循环补体C3、C4、C5b-9水平及三种补体与cTnI,分析血循环补体和cTnI与SETMI患者预后的关系。结果发现,STEMI患者外周血C3、C4及C5b-9显著高于健康对照者；PCI后三种补体水平均较术前显著下降；三种补体与cTnI呈正相关关系,与左心室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关关系；发生主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的患者,补体水平较高(P均<0.05)。结果提示,补体C3、C4及C5b-9可做为评估心肌损伤程度及预后的标记物。 |

| To investigate the relationship between complement C3,C4 and C5b-9 in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), 75 STEMI patients with emergency PCI were collected as STEMI group, meanwhile, 80 healthy volunteers without history of coronary heart disease recruited as control group during the same period. The level of circulating complement C3, C4, and C5b-9 between two groups were tested, and the circulating complement and prognosis of STEMI patients were analyzed. Results show that the levels of three complements in STEMI patients were significantly higher than control group, and the levels of C3, C4, and C5b-9 in post-PCI STEMI patients were significantly lower than pre-PCI.All of three complements had a positive correlation with cTnI, while had a negative correlation with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), moreover, the patients with major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) had a higher levels of C3, C4 and C5b-9. In conclusion, circulating complements C3, C4, and C5b-9 might serve as potential markers for evaluation myocardial injury and prognosis. |
