| 分析老年人群非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肝功能特点和危险因素。以本院体检的老年人群为研究对象,将人群分组为非酒精性脂肪性肝病组和正常组。研究发现非酒精性脂肪性肝病组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶显著高于对照组(P<0.01)；非酒精性脂肪性肝病组的体重指数、腰围、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、收缩压和舒张压显著高于对照组(P<0.01)；逻辑式回归提示高密度脂蛋白是非酒精性脂肪性肝病的保护性因素,体重指数、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和收缩压是非酒精性脂肪性肝病发生的危险因素。本研究认为老年人群的肥胖、血糖和血脂紊乱是导致非酒精性脂肪性肝病风险升高的显著危险因素。 |

| Analyze the liver function and risk factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) in the elderly. The elderly population collected in our hospital physical examination were divided into non-alcoholic fatty liver disease group and normal group. This study found that the alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and gamma glutamyl transaminopeptidase in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Moreover, the body mass index, waist circumference, glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Logical regression suggested that HDL was a protective factor for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and the body mass index, gamma glutamyl transpeptidase, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and systolic blood pressure were risk factors for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This study suggests that obesity, blood glucose and blood lipid disorders are the significant risk factors for the increase of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. |
